Natural coarse beach sand obtained from regulated sources. Sand contains small shells and shell fragments, together with pebbles up to 8mm size. It has an overall grey/brown colouring and is an excellently clean sand for pointing where there are large gaps between building stones. Frequently used coastal areas for restoration where shelly sands have been formerly used.

The sand has been used for photographic work and window displays but note it is supplied with a natural moisture content.

Sands are offered with no recommendation as to suitability for purpose. Please utilise our 20kg pack delivery service for sampling prior to bulk ordering. Being natural products mortar sands are susceptable to variation in colour and form.
