The state of the art facility to be installed at their headquarters in Rugeley, Staffordshire will allow automated packing of over 600 bags per hour. Specialist Aggregates appointed RMGroup for their engineering expertise and their ability to facilitate the challenging requirements of packing a wide range of products. The new capability will consolidate Specialist Aggregates’ position in the market and meet the growing demand for specification aggregates.

Specialist Aggregates expect to have the new plant operational by the end of Q4 2017.

A winter’s stroll along the beaches and headlands of Kippford on the Solway Firth provided the photo inspiration for the launch of Specialist Aggregates’ new 5kg Design Pack of glass nuggets.
