Description & Use:
Turf Green coloured silica sand for artificial sports surfaces. Designed and manufactured in the UK to provide maximum drainage and extended play life even in the most arduous conditions.

The sand is offered in convenient to handle 15kg packs, allowing private facilities, clubs and Local Authorities ro repair and "top-up" areas of damage and high wear.

The shape and closely graded characteristic of our No.4 sand has been engineered to achieve maximum permeability during the lifetime of the installation, and outperform other silica sands on the market.

Manufactured using non toxic, hydrophobic resin to enhance the drainage properties of the sand, and to create a substrate that is both abrasion and impact resistant.

Resin coated sand is mold, mildew and fungal resistant, and with enhanced UV shielding its colour has long-term protection.

Alternative Use: Kiln Dried and with a fully rounded particle shape, this product is an ideal for permanent exhibitions and event staging.

The sand has short production lead times and an energy efficient manufacturing process.

Product's Claim to Fame: Used to conceal areas of damage to the turf at the London Olympic Stadium caused by rehearsals prior to the official opening in 2012.
